Strategic Issues
- Building awareness and finalizing modalities to undertake benchmarking initiatives in HR areas to start with
- Building awareness and deciding steps to undertake major TQM initiatives in stages.
- Steps to achieve Lean Manpower Structure in member organizations.
- Ways to identify and eliminate unproductive practices.
- Modalities for collaborating with SCOPE / PESB for conducting programs for senior executives to prepare them for board level positions.
- Discussing to finalize a uniform approach paper on R&R policy in member organizations.

- Finalizing the details for the “ Quizzing to Excellence (Q2E) –2006”, the General Management Quiz from Forum being hosted by THDC at Rishikesh on April 29, 2006.
- Modalities for the maiden Inter organization Awards from Forum on (1) Best Corporate Citizen (2) Promotion of women's Development, welfare and Empowerment, to be awarded to the winners during March 2006.
- Modalities for releasing the first issue of the Forum Journal titled “Power People” during April 2006.
- Organizing a workshop on Right to Information Act during January 2006 to generate a uniform approach.
- Modalities to jointly negotiate Hotel Tariff in Major cities to gain significant corporate discount.
- Sharing of information and policies on HR within member organizations.
- Generating data bank on skilled former employees.
